The trial request form

Submitting a trial request sends your parent/guardian name, contact details, optional student first name, age, instrument interest, location and notes to Riffs and Rhythms through Wix Forms. We use these details to respond and coordinate lessons. Wix stores submissions for the business owner to review and applies its spam protection. You may also choose to contact Garrett by phone or text.

When you contact us

Information you send by text or discuss by phone is used to respond to your inquiry and coordinate lessons. Please avoid including sensitive information or your child’s full name in an initial inquiry. Your phone carrier and messaging provider process messages under their own policies.

Website hosting and links

The inquiry form uses Wix services and stores an anonymous visitor session in your browser to load and submit the form. The hosting provider may process routine technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to deliver and secure the website. Links to Google and other websites lead to services with their own privacy policies.
